Our aims

  • Development of programmes and operation of structures that offer support to families, children, the elderly, the abused, the mentally ill and to individuals dealing with drug addiction.
  • Provision of support services, education and actions to promote employment opportunities. Provision of activities for the organisation and improvement of the social life of vulnerable groups.
  • • Implementation of programmes that promote equal opportunities between men and women, that fight stereotypes and that lead to a qualitative and quantitative improvement of women's participation in the labour market
  • Implementation of programmes relating to Education and Lifelong Learning.
  • Organisation of meetings, workshops, lectures, seminars, symposiums, activities for raising publicity and awareness for the community, employers and local authorities.
  • The development of any action within Greece's borders or across borders, which facilitates communication and mutual understanding among populations with different historical and cultural backgrounds, with the aim of peace and collaboration within a multicultural environment of mutual respect and acceptance.
  • The establishment of networks of organisations or the participation in European and international networks of organizations that share similar purposes with the Centre. The development of transnational cooperation and transnational networks for the transfer of expertise, exchange of good practices and methods that promote the psychosocial development and integration of vulnerable groups in the participating countries.
  • Implementation of programmes of cultural and environmental nature.
